2-Year Plan - Terms & Conditions
- Your 2-Year plan starts from your plan purchase date.
- 2-Year plans will renew automatically every 2 years from the plan purchase date.
- For example, if you subscribe to the 2-Year plan on January 10th, 2022, your plan will automatically renew on January 10th, 2024, and every two years thereafter until canceled.
- If you cancel a 2-Year Plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
- If it's a combo purchase, you can cancel the plan within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- No refunds shall be provided if the plan is canceled after 7 days from the renewal date.
- The STOP SERVICE form should be filled out at least 3 days before the renewal date to stop auto-renewal.
Yearly Plan - Terms & Conditions
- Your Yearly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
- Yearly plans will renew automatically every year on the plan purchase date.
- For example, if you subscribe to the Yearly plan on January 10th, your plan will automatically renew every January 10th thereafter until canceled.
- If you cancel a Yearly Plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
- If it's a combo purchase, you can cancel the plan within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- No refunds shall be provided if the plan is canceled after 7 days from the renewal date.

Half-Yearly Plan - Terms & Conditions
- Your Half-Yearly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
- Half-Yearly plans will renew automatically every 6 months from the plan purchase date.
- For example, if you subscribe to a Half-Yearly plan on January 10th, your plan will automatically renew on July 10th of the same year and repeat every 6 months thereafter until canceled.
- If you cancel a Half-Yearly Plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
- If it's a combo purchase, you can cancel the plan within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- No refunds shall be provided if the plan is canceled after 7 days from the renewal date.

Quarterly Plan Terms & Conditions.
- Your Quarterly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
- Quarterly plans will renew automatically every 3 months from the plan purchase date.
- For example, if you subscribe to your plan on April 10th, 2022, your plan will automatically renew on July 10th, 2022, and every three months thereafter until canceled.
- If you cancel a Quarterly plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
- If it's a combo purchase, you can cancel the plan within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- No refunds shall be provided if the plan is canceled after 7 days from the renewal date.

Monthly Plan Terms & Conditions
- Your Monthly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
- Monthly plans will renew automatically every month from the plan purchase date.
- For example, if you subscribe to your plan on April 10th, 2022, your plan will automatically renew on May 10th, 2022, and every month thereafter until canceled.
- There will be no refunds for the plan cancellation.
- If it's a combo purchase, you can cancel the plan within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- When returning the device which has the monthly plan, only the device is eligible for the refund while the plan is not eligible.
- Returning the device which has the monthly plan will not be eligible for the refund of the subscription.
- The STOP SERVICE form should be filled out at least 3 days before the renewal date to stop auto-renewal.
Subscription Plan/period changes:
Plans
- You can change your subscription plan from Rover to Wanderer or Waggler anytime with no administrative fee.
- Your account will be charged a Wanderer or Waggler fee prorated based on the amount left with your Rover billing cycle at that time.
- For example, if your Rover Yearly renewal date is April 30thand you have switched to the Wanderer Yearly on April 15th, the Wanderer Yearly plan will be effective from April 15th and renews every year on April 15th thereafter until canceled.
- Your account will be charged prorated. i.e., The balance amount from April 16th to April 30th will be applied as a credit towards your Wanderer Yearly fee.
Period
- You can change your subscription plan from Monthly to Half-yearly, or Yearly or 2-Year anytime with no administrative fee.
- Your account will be charged a Half-yearly, Yearly or 2-Year fee prorated based on the amount left with your Monthly billing cycle at that time.
- For example, if your Monthly plan renewal date is April 30thand you have switched to the Yearly plan on April 15th, the Yearly plan will be effective from April 15th and renews every year on April 15th thereafter until canceled.
- Your account will be charged prorated. i.e., The balance amount from April 16th to April 30th will be applied as a credit towards your Yearly fee.
Waggle Pet Monitor + Plan Combo - Terms & Conditions
App Deletion
- If the Waggle account is deleted from the app, only the renewal stops and no refund shall be provided for the remaining subscription.
- If they delete their account within the 7 days of plan activation they will eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
