1. How do I add the RV Smart Sensor to the Waggle App?+
  • Open the Waggle Pet App
  • Tap the "+" icon to add your device
  • Scan the QR code on your device
  • Enter the required details and click "Register"
2. Where can I find the QR code for setup?+
The QR code is located on the back of your RV Smart Sensor.
3. Can I manually enter the QR code instead of scanning it?+
Yes. If scanning doesn’t work, you can enter the QR code manually during setup.
4. Do I need to connect the sensor to Bluetooth first?+
Yes, Bluetooth is used during the initial pairing process before connecting to WiFi.
5. How do I connect the sensor to WiFi?+
After pairing via Bluetooth, the app will list available WiFi networks. Select your network and enter the password to connect.
6. Does the sensor support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi?+
Yes, the RV Smart Sensors support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands.
7. What if my WiFi network doesn’t appear during setup?+
Ensure your router is powered on and the sensor is within range. Refresh the WiFi list and try again.
8. Can I use a mobile hotspot for WiFi?+
Yes, as long as the hotspot supports stable internet and either 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency.
9. Can I name my sensor?+
Yes. You can assign a name (like “Main Door” or “Kitchen Sink”) during setup.
10. How many sensors can I add to the Waggle App?+
You can add and monitor multiple RV Door and Leak Sensors in one Waggle App account.
11. Is installation tool-free?+
Yes. Both sensors come with peel-and-stick adhesive, requiring no additional tools.
12. How do I know if pairing is successful?+
Once paired, the app will confirm the connection and you’ll begin receiving data from the sensor.
13. Can I move the sensor to another location after setup?+
Yes, but you may need to reconfigure its location name in the app for accuracy.
14. Is there a user manual for setup guidance?+
Yes, a printed manual is included, and digital instructions are available on the Waggle support site.

How It Works

1. What does the RV Door Sensor monitor?+
It monitors whether your RV door or window is open or closed, in real time.
2. Where should I place the Door Sensor?+
Attach the sensor on the door frame and the magnet on the door or window so that they align when closed.
3. Where should I place the Water Leak Sensor?+
Place it near potential leak zones like under sinks, near water tanks, or in storage compartments.
4. Will I receive alerts when the door is opened or closed?+
Yes, push notifications are sent instantly whenever the door is opened or closed.
5. Can I set reminders if the door is left open?+
Yes. Reminders can be set for 1 minute up to 1 hour intervals if the door remains open.
6. Does the app show historical activity?+
Yes, the app records all activity for the past 30 days. You can even download the data to your email.
7. Can I get alerts when the sensor loses network connection?+
Yes. Enable "Network Alerts" under Sensor Settings to be notified if the device goes offline.
8. Does the sensor send battery alerts?+
Yes. You can customize battery alert thresholds from 1% to 40% in the app.
9. Can I monitor sensor status remotely?+
Absolutely. As long as the sensor is connected to WiFi, you can monitor it from anywhere using the Waggle App.
10. How often does the app update battery and network status?+
The status is updated every 8 hours.
11. Will the sensor work without WiFi?+
No. A stable WiFi connection is required for the app to receive and display data.
12. Can the sensor be used outside the RV?+
These sensors are designed for indoor use within your RV. Outdoor exposure is not recommended.
13. What kind of surfaces can the sensors stick to?+
They are compatible with most surfaces like wood, metal, plastic, tile, and drywall.
14. Can I remove and reattach the sensor if needed?+
Yes, but adhesive strength may reduce after removal. Use new adhesive pads if relocating.

Below is a detailed look at our Network plans, terms, and essential features that help you stay informed and worry-free about your pet’s safety.

The Waggle Pet Monitor tracks temperature and humidity, sending real-time alerts to your smartphone if conditions become unsafe for your pet—no Wi-Fi needed.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • All Network Plans begin on the purchase date and will automatically renew based on the chosen plan.
  • You may cancel your Network Plan at any time through the Waggle App.

Refund Policy

  • Wag Plan: If you cancel within 7 days of your purchase or renewal date, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Monthly Plans:If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made outside of the eligible refund periods will not receive a refund. The Network Plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will then expire without renewal, ensuring no further charges.

Account Management

  • Network Plans can be managed directly through the Waggle App.
  • If you choose to delete your Waggle account, future renewals will cease; however, no refunds will be issued for any remaining Network Plan period unless canceled within the eligible refund window.

Upgrade/Downgrade plan

  • Customers can switch to a different plan at any time. If you upgrade, any additional charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you downgrade and have an excess balance, it will be added as credits, which will automatically apply to future renewals.
  • Once you switch to a new plan, returning to the previous plan won’t be possible. However, you can choose any currently available plan of equivalent value.
