Tap the Reset button in the app.
Press and hold the reset button on the RV Wifi Mini Cam until you hear a "cuckoo" sound.
Tap Next in the app and select your Wi-Fi network.
Ensure your phone's location services are enabled.
Hold your phone 5 inches from the camera and display the QR code.
Wait for the LED to turn solid blue, indicating successful connection.

Camera Connectivity & Streaming

27. Why is my RV Wifi Mini Cam showing offline in the app? +
Your camera may appear offline due to a poor Wi-Fi connection or power interruption. Please ensure your camera is plugged in and your Wi-Fi network is stable. Try restarting the year.
28. Why is my camera not streaming video in the app? +
Check if the camera is online and connected to Wi-Fi. Restart the camera and ensure your app is updated.
29. What internet speed is needed for smooth video streaming? +
We recommend at least 2 Mbps upload speed for smooth HD video streaming from your camera.
30. My camera does not connect to campground WiFi or open WiFi network? +
For customer security and privacy reasons, we do not allow Waggle cameras to stream or connect on open Wi-Fi networks that do not have a password. Please contact your campground/hotel for password-protected Wi-Fi.

Playback & Notifications

31. How do I watch recordings or playback? +
Go to the dashboard, click on Playback, select the desired date, and you can view or download the clips you need.
32. What should I do if I cant see the playback? +
If you're unable to view the playback, please contact our support team at support@mywaggle.com for assistance.
33. How do I enable motion detection and notifications? +
Open the Waggle Pet App, go to Camera Settings, and turn on Motion Detection and Notifications. Also, make sure notifications are allowed for the Waggle app in your phone's settings.

LED Indicators

37. What does the LED light on the camera mean? +
Solid Red: Power on, waiting for Wi-Fi.

Blinking Red: Wi-Fi setup mode

Blinking Blue: Connecting to Wi-Fi

Solid Blue: Connected and online

No light: Camera is off or not receiving power
38. The LED is not turning on at all. Is my camera dead? +
Check the power cable and outlet. Try a different outlet or USB adapter. If the LED still doesn't light up, contact support.

41. Does the AI Mini Cam send motion alerts to the app? +
Yes, the app will notify you in real time when motion or activity is detected, thanks to the camera's built-in AI capabilities.
42. What is AI detection, and how does it work in the app? +
The RV Mini Cam uses AI to send alerts when it detects motion, noise, or pet activity. You can easily view these alerts and the corresponding clips directly in the app.
43. Can I view recorded videos in the app? +
Yes, you can view recorded videos using the playback feature in the app. You can also download specific clips based on your desired time period.
44. Does the camera work with WiFi ? +
The Waggle AI Mini Cam operates on WiFi only.
45. Can I add multiple cameras to one app account? +
Absolutely! You can add up to 5 cameras to one app account, so you can monitor different areas or pets from one account.
46. What should I do if the live video isn't loading in the app? +
Check your WiFi connectivity, and make sure your app is updated. If issues persist, try restarting the camera.

The RV Wifi Mini Cam subscription plan provides flexible options designed for pet owners who want to keep an eye on their pets while traveling. With AI integration alerts and long-term playback features, the subscription plan ensures peace of mind during your RV adventures.

Woof Plan

Choose from various subscription plans offering access to advanced monitoring features, including real-time alerts and extended video storage. A complimentary 30-day trial is available for all paid plans, allowing you to explore the full range of features risk-free.

Paid Plans

  • AI Integration Alerts: Receive instant notifications based on your pet’s activity.
  • Long-Term Playback: Access recorded footage for extended durations, ensuring you never miss a moment.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We keep things simple and transparent.

Cancellation Availability

  • Monthly plans: Cancel within 24 hours of activation for a full refund.
  • Non-Monthly plans: You may request cancellation within the first 30 days of activation/renewal or during the last 30 days before your next renewal date.

Outside this window, your plan remains active until the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plans: If you cancel within 24 hours of activation, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Monthly plans:
    • First-Time or Re-Activating Customers: If you cancel within 7 days of activation, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund.
    • Renewals: If you cancel within 2 days of your renewal date, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
  • How refunds are processed: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Cancellations made outside the eligible refund periods will not receive a refund. The subscription plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Please note that subscription plans for camera products including RV Wifi Mini Cam are non-refundable. However, you can cancel the subscription plan anytime through the Waggle app or by contacting our support team.The subscription plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will then expire without renewal, ensuring no further charges.

Combo Purchases

For combo product purchases, cancellations must be made within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed in line with the applicable subscription plan plan terms.

You may switch between subscription plans (e.g., from Monthly to Yearly) at any time without any administrative fees. The new plan will take effect immediately, and charges will be adjusted based on the remaining balance in your current billing cycle.

Account Management

  • subscription plan settings can be managed through the Waggle App.
  • If you choose to delete your Waggle account, future subscription plan renewals will cease, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion unless the cancellation occurs within the eligible refund window.
  • If the device is removed from an account while the subscription plan is still active and registered to a new account, the subscription plan will expire and a new subscription plan will be required.
