Camera Controls & Features (4G Mini Cam)
1. How do I use the pan feature?+
Open the live view in the Waggle app and use the on-screen joystick to pan (left/right) the camera.
2. Pan controls are not responding. How can I fix it?+
Ensure your camera is online. If it’s unresponsive, unplug the camera, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. Try resetting the device.
3. Do I need a separate Network plan for the 4G Mini Camera?+
Yes. The Waggle 4G camera requires its own network plan to function independently.
4. I’m not receiving any motion alerts. How do I turn them on?+

Unfortunately, no. The camera requires an active 4G LTE cellular signal to function. In areas with no cell coverage, the camera will not be able to transmit data or send alerts.
11. Does this camera work with 5G networks?+
The Waggle RV 4G Mini Camera operates on 4G LTE only. It does not support 5G at this time.
12. What if I move between areas with weak or no signal?+
If signal drops completely, live view and alerts may be unavailable until the signal is restored. Waggle devices come with a built-in 4G SIM card, so it connects directly to cellular networks like Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile, relying on built-in cellular connection to send real-time alerts to your phone.
13. Can I use my own SIM card or data plan?+
